Galaxy Under-10 Boys Impress in Ancaster Heritage Days Classic

Updated Wednesday June 13, 2012 by Brantford Galaxy Youth Soccer Club.

The Brantford Galaxy U-10 Boys leave the Ancaster Heritage Days Classic in the semi finals with a 3rd place finish after facing defeat for the first time this season. The team shared an impresive run by winning their group without conceding a single goal, beating Grimsby and Belle River by scores of 4-0 and 10-0 respectively.

Advancing to the quarter finals for the first time in this team’s history, the Galaxy dug deep and came out with a 2-1 win against the very tough Waterloo United.

The boys on this team have come a long way and have done it together. They certainly wanted to play in the final but will no doubt look back on the Ancaster Heritage Days Classic as a BIG success.

GREAT WORK BY THE ENTIRE TEAM !!!!
